Adult Programs

It doesn’t take much to gain a load of benefits from becoming more active.  As little as 30 minutes a day can improve your bones and muscles, reduce risk of illnesses like heart disease, diabetes and colon cancer and increase your overall energy levels.  You’ll find a number of ways to be more active throughout this website, whether it’s through organized programs, recreational activities or using your creativity to access one of our many recreational facilities.
